Employment
To explore employment opportunities in our area, visit the Corridor Careers Web site. Not only does this site display open positions, but you can post your resume and research area businesses. It's a valuable resource! Iowa Workforce Development also maintains a job bank for the Iowa City area. The Iowa City Press-Citizen features employment listings as well.
Schools
The Iowa City Area features three public school districts: Clear Creek Amana, Iowa City Community and Solon Community. What's going on in the Corridor?
There are always a variety of activities taking place within the Iowa City-Cedar Rapids Corridor. The Iowa Cultural Corridor Alliance maintains a comprehensive calendar of events throughout the area. You're likely to find enough activities to fill your calendar!
The Newcomers' Division of The University Club is designed for women new to the Iowa City area and offers opportunities to get acquainted with others, attend local events, and to learn more about the community.
